Pre-Appointment Instructions:
LASH LIFTS:
- Avoid using waterproof mascara for 24-48 hours before your lash lift.
- Your lashes are to remain dry for 24 hours after your lift, plan your hair wash days accordingly.
- Remove contact lenses before treatment.
- Come to your appointment without any eye makeup, especially mascara. This is paramount to the success of your service. Coming to your appointment with eye makeup will impede on time, and unfortunately, residual mascara can create a barrier that makes it difficult for product to penetrate the lash, risking the success of the lift.
- If you have recently had LASIK surgery, please consult your doctor for the appropriate amount of heal time before booking your lash lift.

BROW LAMINATION
- Please pause the use of exfoliants (physical or chemical), retinol or acne treatments for 48 hours before your appointment as it can cause over sensitization of the skin, leading to irritation.
- Arrive to your appointment with clean, makeup-free brows.

HYBRID BROW (BROW HAIR + SKIN TINT)
- Please avoid makeup or any oil-based products around the brow area for 24 hours before your hybrid brow appointment.
COSMETIC TATTOO BROWS (PMU)
- No sunbathing for 1 week before your appointment.
- Do not thread / wax / tweeze your brows at least 1 week prior to your appointment.
- No ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin, fish oil or vitamin E 48 hours before your procedure.
- No alcohol consumption 24 hours before the procedure.
- No caffeine on the day of the procedure.
- If you wear makeup on your brow on a daily basis, please come in how you would normally wear them on the day of your appointment.
